Katy Kyle, Branch Manager

Katy has been a part of the Express Employment Professional Downtown/Galleria office since its inception in July 2003. Katy is the branch manager and is responsible for the overall operation of the office including sales, recruiting, workers' compensation, state and federal reporting and the accuracy of time reporting and billing. Katy is a 2001 graduate of Texas A&M, where she received her BBA in management information systems with a minor in international business. Katy is a gadget buff and is the office technical guru.

Lindsey Oskin, Senior Recruiter

Lindsey graduated from Baylor University in 2006 with a BA in family and consumer science and is a senior recruiter. Lindsey is responsible for major account sales, recruiting, qualifying and hiring for key customer accounts. She meets with customers to assure a high quality level of service is maintained. She is instrumental in Express staff training. Lindsey is a table tennis participant and her passion is on-line shopping.

Vicki Decker, HR Specialist

Vicki is from the Houston area and graduated from Lee High School. She has five years of industry experience and is responsible for assisting clients with defining jobs and matching them to candidates to be hired. Vickie enjoys working out and staying fit. She has a passion for music and especially enjoys attending concerts. 

Maria Vasquez, Staffing Consultant

Maria graduated from  Robert E. Lee in Houston and attends HCC.  Maria is responsible for recruiting and evaluating candidates for placement in specific accounts. She is bi-lingual and has customer service responsiblities in assigned accounts. Maria enjoys travel and plans one trip a year out of the country.

Sarah Berger, Business Development

Sarah is from the Katy area and graduated from Texas A&M in 2006 with a degree in telecommunication media studies with a minor in business administration. She worked in the mortgage loan industry prior to joining Express. Sarah negotiates new agreements and presents the Express product line. Sarah loves to work out and run for exercise. Sarah is presently training for a marathon.

Jessica Lacy, Recruiter

Jessica is from the Houston area, having been raised in Tanglewood. She recently graduated from TCU in 2008 with a bachelor's degree in international communications and a minor in french. Jessica assists our clients in defining positions and recruites candidates for our clients. Jessica is a paper, rock, scissors champion. She supports the Christian Children's Fund as a sponser of a child in Uganda.
